At Mass Ballet we take what comes naturally to little ones and combine it with the study of creative movement and ballet to help children develop a love of dance that can stay with them for a lifetime.

Dance with Me!

This class is designed for 2-3 year olds who love to move and use their imaginations with the support of an adult parent participating alongside them for fun and connection. Young movers will enjoy using age-appropriate props like parachutes, scarves, and musical instruments as they practice active listening, turn-taking, and spatial awareness.  We will explore dance concepts like action, rhythm, space and action while using props and having fun! We will build developmentally appropriate skills using the “Dance to Learn” child & adult curriculum and Brain Dance fundamentals to help growing brains and bodies.

Dress code: Adults and children will need bare feet or grippy socks, and clothing that is easy and safe to move in. Traditional dance clothing like leotards, tights and shirts are optional. Please no jewelry or dress-up clothes for children and no street shoes for children or grown ups.

Please note that this is a new program and we will need 5 participants  to run each class.
